Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Safari Wonder will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Safari Wonder does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Safari Wonder, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
